COVID-19 Pandemic Policy
Commencement Date: 16 November

As a condition of entry into the C.C. Dacre Pavilion, all members, members’ guests, contractors and other visitors aged 12 and over must:


1. Have received both doses of a government-approved COVID-19 vaccination;
2. Agree to show or provide electronic evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination before entry to the pavilion;
3. Scan in using the Covid QR code or record their information on the paper register;
4. Not be currently experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19;
5. Not be awaiting a COVID-19 test result or be under any health advice to be self isolating; and
6. If requested, agree to the Club keeping a record of that evidence.

This policy does not cover the Devonport Domain, changing rooms, umpires’ changing room, scorers’ room, outdoor licensed area or the outdoor cricket nets.
All North Shore Cricket Club staff, paid coaches and volunteers who act as bar managers will be required to be fully vaccinated.

An exemption to this Policy is available for any person who has been granted a Government-approved COVID-19 vaccination exemption. This exemption must be
shown prior to entry.


Given the evolving nature of COVID-19 and the Government’s responses and policies towards managing the pandemic, the North Shore Cricket Club Executive Board will review this policy frequently and will update it when and if required.

This Policy comes into effect on 16 November 2021.


I certify that the above Policy was approved by the North Shore Cricket Club Executive Board on 15 November.
