Junior Practice information

PRACTICES: Commencing week of October 15th 

Practice cancellations will be notified via the left hand side of the website where training will be ON or OFF

Take the stress our of feeding the kids after cricket practice. The club kitchen is open for meals on Wednesdays from October 31st.

• LLJ Y1-2: 3.45pm-4.30pm here at the clubrooms, Tuesday or Wednesday. 
• LLS Y3-4: 4.30pm-5.30pm here at the clubrooms, Tuesday or Wednesday. 
• LLS girls: 3.45pm-4.45pm here at the clubrooms, Friday.
• U11 girls plastic ball: 3.45-4.45pm here at the clubrooms, Friday.
• U11 boys plastic ball: 4.30-5.30pm here at the clubrooms, Thursday.
• Boys Y5: 4pm-5.30pm at the nets. Your choice of Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. 
• Boys Y6: 4pm-5.30pm at the nets. Your choice of Wednesday or Thursday. 
• Boys Y7: 4pm-5.30pm at the nets. Your choice of Tuesday or Wednesday. 
• Boys Y8: 4pm-5.30pm at the nets on Mondays.
• Girls U11, U13 & U16: 4pm-5.30pm at the nets, Fridays.
• Premier Reserve Women: 5pm-6.30pm at the nets, Fridays
• *Please note there is an extra fee of $50 per 1/2 season for boys in Auckland Grade teams (boys Y6, Y7 and Y8 only)

• LLJ Y1-2: Always here at Devonport Domain, 8.30-10.15am.
• LLS Y3-4: Always here at Devonport Domain, 8.30-10.15am.

• Hardball Girls U11, U13, U16: Morning grade, games around Auckland
• Hardball Youth Girls (Premier Reserve): Afternoon grade, games around Auckland
• Plastic ball morning grades will be grouped geographically depending on team entries

Game cancellations:

LLJ and LLS: Cancellations are usually decided by 7am and your teams manager will get in touch

Hardball: Auckland Cricket advises cancellations here http://aucklandcricket.co.nz/auckland-club-cricket/cancelations/ (by 7am for morning grades or by 9am for afternoon grades). It is RARE that Auckland Cricket do a blanket cancellation.

If the weather is bad in a certain area or if the wicket has been affected by weather the home team manager and the away team manager should discuss and make a call on play by 7am. Contact your team manager if you are unsure.
